Abstract:
Without doubt, a successful agile transformation is based on the knowledge of and experience with the appropriate framework, processes and tools. But this is only half the truth. Even without a deep understanding of the established processes and tools, successful agile environments can be created. We will discuss some key elements that enable the creation of agile cultures. Discuss with us some success factors that go beyond the knowledge of a framework like Scrum or SAFe. Let's not stop with the WHAT, but go into some aspects of the WHY.
We will address relevant topics such as:
- The big picture: driving forces for change and increasing speed of change
- How to deal with the instability caused by increasing change cycles
- Agile mindset
