ARGUS/Dissolution is a scientific data integrity solution for dissolution testing in the pharmaceutical industry. It covers instrument control, data acquisition, and reporting and meets the requirements of Annex 11 and 21 CFR Part 11. The software complies with GLP, GMP and GAMP5 and is designed for R&D and QC laboratories.
ARGUS/Dissolution simplifies the collection and reporting of dissolution test results by allowing you to choose the methods that suit the way you work. Whether you are concerned about data integrity, compliance and validation in quality control, or need maximum flexibility in research and development, ARGUS/Dissolution can help your laboratory work more efficiently. The intuitive menu navigation helps everyone in your lab work better - your next dissolution test runs with just a few clicks.
Get reliable results faster: Your next dissolution test runs with just a few clicks
ARGUS/Dissolution is a fundamental change in the usability of dissolution testing software. With its unique method technology, the software is designed for every user in your laboratory - regardless of their task or level of knowledge. Use the Analysis Wizard to complete parameters and perform tests with minimal input or maximum flexibility. Navigate through the entire work environment from the ARGUS/Dissolution desktop, including instrument control, real-time display of release profiles and the workspace for recalculating raw data and generating lab reports. Review your data without printing. Data is displayed according to the motto "What-you-see-is-what-you-get" and can be electronically signed.

A scientific software for managing resolution data for instrument control, data acquisition, data management, processing and reporting - developed by users for users Whether you perform resolution testing occasionally or several times a day, ARGUS/Dissolution makes you more productive when performing tests and analyzing results.
Features
- ARGUS/Dissolution controls your dissolution tester hardware. Data is acquired from all devices you use in your dissolution test setup, including bath, spectrometer and pump. Methods and analyses are retrieved from and stored to the documents database.
- Connect multiple dissolution test laboratories to one central database
- ARGUS/Dissolution can be used off-line to query, review, approve, release and electronically sign methods and analyses.
- Use ARGUS/Dissolution to exchange data with your LIMS or enterprise document management system (EDMS).
- Query or browse methods, analyses and other data by using any standard webbrowser.
- ARGUS/Dissolution runs on a Java Virtual Machine which makes the application secure and extremely stable as required in highly regulated GxP environments. With the ARGUS Software Deployment Server centralized deployment and version control is easily accomplished.
- If you are already running the stand-alone version of ARGUS/Dissolution migration to an enterprise version is always possible. All data (methods, analyses, …) can easily be transferred.
- Web Access
- Spectrometer OQ
Other available options
By integrating the cameras, the resolution process can record inculsive laboratory parameters and then be integrated into the report.
Precise automated dilution using the software and a μ-chamber.
The software is controlled via an operating window on the PC. Among other things, the speed and volume can also be adjusted.
The solution (blue) and sample (violet) are aspirated using the syringes and, in the second step, flowed into the high-precision μ-chamber at the specified ratio. The sample solution is then ready for analysis without any further procedure.
Precision: <1% rel.
Mixing chamber volume: 35μl
