wega Informatik acquires software business from Solvias
Solvias AG has transferred its software business including the software ARGUS/Dissolution to Wega Informatik AG with effect from September 1, 2018.
At Wega, the software business is ideally positioned to meet the high demand for data integrity solutions and to continue to grow.
Daniel Juchli, Head of Lab & Research IT, believes that the acquisition of the software portfolio fits perfectly with Wega's strategy in the field of laboratory automation software in a regulated environment.
